Water and Sewer Alerts
The lift stations move sewage from your lot to the county pipes for safe disposal and treatment. There is one for every lot and, if problems occur, it is the responsibility of the Homeowners' Association to contact our utility company.
A gurgling sound is okay, which means water is flowing from someone's house to the lift station.
Constant running is not good.
If the red light comes on, that means the lift station is not working properly. If you see the red light, call St Johns Utility Department at (904) 209-2700 immediately.
