Landscaping is managed by the Landscape Committee under the direction of the HOA Board of Directors. Brightview Landscaping Service contracts with the HOA to mow the lawns, as well as provide weed fertilizer and pest control.
Expectations for Landscaping Service
It is important for homeowners and residents to clearly understand what the Landscaping Service is responsible to complete.
Landscaping maintenance rotates throughout the year, focusing on seasonal-specific tasks.
Below are the specific tasks they will complete, according to the contract:
Regularly scheduled maintenance
Non-scheduled landscaping (scheduled as required and within budget)
Other services directed by the Board:
Owners maintain the trimming of trees on property for personal views
Trees and shrubs may not be trimmed in the natural areas. This is protected marshland.
To report a problem with lawns – including dry patches in the lawn, shrubs or a faulty sprinkler head – contact Nicole Pickering at Sovereign and Jacobs at 904-461-5556, ext. 204.
After-hours calls are handled by an answering service.
