Irrigation
All public properties are irrigated to promote healthy growth of the grass and certain shrubs or trees. The schedule varies from season-to-season, based on the air temperature and weed and grass growth cycles.
Irrigation services are provided by Brightview Landscape Services, however all issues with irrigation – including dry patches in the lawn or shrubs or a faulty sprinkler head – should be reported to the HOA Management Company, Sovereign and Jacobs.
